"Making Memories"

  Captain Tyler Stahl (36 Years Old) - I've been a huge fishing enthusiast for over half my life. Bank fishing for many years along the Umatilla River from the age of 15 to getting my first boat, a 16' - 1968 Fiberform Outboard at the age 18 and started fishing on the Big Columbia River. Upgrading to a 20' Thunderjet Outboard at the age of 23, getting on the river every weekend and spending many hours amongst friends and family fishing for anything with fins. By the age of 25, I starting dreaming of becoming a guide to share my passion for fishing and to share and learn the tricks of the trade with others. By the age of 27, I was at a point in my life that I was fortunate enough to order my first sled, a 23' Alumaweld Columbia. While I was dreaming of the day my boat would be ready for me to pick up my lovely wife Katie Stahl convinced me to follow my dreams and pursue getting my Captain's License. Ten months later I had my boat and I had finished up and passed my Captains test.  Finally it was Official, Captain Stahl. I've been guiding for Walleye, Salmon & Steelhead for four years now and have enjoyed every second of it. To share my passion with first timers, beginners and experienced fisherman and women has been a great experience for me, learning from many of them as well as showing them my way of life. Looking forward to many years of spending time with clients and Making Memories with them that we will never forget and talk about year after year.
